You can check your balance or redeem your VIP Points at any time in 2 ways:

The Casino Rewards Loyalty Program is similar to an airline loyalty program, in that you are rewarded for your loyalty. The more you play at a Casino Rewards Member Casino, the higher you can climb in the Casino Rewards Loyalty Program. The higher the Status you climb to in the Casino Rewards Loyalty Program, the more amazing benefits you will receive!

Every time you wager at a Casino Rewards Member Casino, you can earn both VIP Points and Casino Rewards Status Points. When you have earned 50 VIP Points you will earn 1 'Status Point'. The number of Status Points you have determines your Status Level in the Casino Rewards Loyalty Program.

Moving up to the next Status Level is simple - the more you play, the higher you go! You will have the same Status Level no matter what Casino Rewards casino you play at, meaning your benefits will move with you.

Once you reach a new Status Level, you are guaranteed to stay there for the rest of the current month, as well as the next calendar month. Following this, you will need to maintain your Status Level or you could fall to a lower one.

When you're ready to withdraw your winnings you'll find the process is as simple and user-friendly as possible.

To make a withdrawal perform the following steps:

Withdrawn funds will be held in pending for 1 working day, during which time you may reverse the withdrawal in order to continue playing. After 1 working day, the amount withdrawn will be processed in the following manner:

  • EcoPayz - 1 to 2 working days
  • Direct Bank Transfer/WIRE - 6 to 10 working days
  • Neteller - 1 to 2 working days
